Labour’s notorious loud mouth and self confessed piss head, councillor McAtominey, was in court again on Thursday to face a charge of failing to provide a sample in an alleged drink driving incident. CLICK HERE.
Councillor McAtominey who is currently suspended by the Labour party and is one of South Tyneside Council’s representatives on the Northumbria Police Authority and picks up £10,000 for attending 6 meetings a year has steadfastly refused to stand down from the Police Authority.
His colleagueson the Police Authority have also allowed him to remain on the board by ignoring the whole affair.
Mr McAtominey was not in court again and the hearing was adjourned for 2 weeks.
Perhaps he’s trying to get away with it for another few months to get the Christmas and New Year party season out of the way; he doesn’t want to have to rely on taxis now does he?
