'Mr Monkey sails off into the sunset but'
From midnight tonight Mr Monkey will no longer be posting any new material on his blog.
The decision to call it day was a difficult one because Mr Monkey knows that he has built up a large following in record time. He’s caused mayhem in the corridors of power and he’s enjoyed every minute of his blogging experience.
This chimp is especially happy to know that every senior council officer, councillor and the editor of the Shields Gazette are scared shit less at the thought of being featured on Mr Monkey’s Blog. But the icing on the cake was knowing that Mr Monkey put an end to the Westminster ambitions of councillors David Potts and Ed Malcolm and exposed council leader Iain Malcolm as an election fraudster.
Although no new material will be posted on this blog, Mr Monkey has decided to leave the site as it is so that bloggers can trawl through the archives to learn more about Mr Monkey’s crusade to expose the corruption, scheming and cheating that has become so entrenched in local politics.
He will be making a further announcement on September 1st .

Ive just recently startedto read these blogs. Surely if it is true about Ian Malcolm then would this not be a matter for further investigation and a possible sacking, and a sentence. Ive met MR Malcolm and to be honest I dont understand why people rush about after him and kiss his arse hes just a councillor….but god does he love it. And to be honest I find him creepy.

Dear Mr Monkey. I cant wait until sept 1st to find out what your on about. Are you going to reveale whom you are? Or are you going to reveal some kind of information about one of the town hall dinosaurs. And why you stops leaving blogs now but are waiting until Sept 1st. God damn you Mr Monkey. I would like to know what the rest of you all think. Im dieing to know who Mr Monkey is. But the chances are that if you do reveal yourself on Sept 1st I wont have a clue who you are anyway. I bet you used to work in the town hall or still do. I hope you are waiting until Sept 1st because that is when you retire from the town hall. All I do know is that I think what you have done here is very good for our community which is the very thing the town hall is there to represent and you have done it a greater justice by telling the truth than they have done for years I hope more people read the blogs and realise that these people whos wages we pay are taking the piss on many different levels. They should be going out there way to find out what the people of South Tyneside need and want not just tick boxes and do it all there way.They stats look great but the town centres look like shit. Only last week a friend from Sunderland said its a dump. And he was right its a shit hole down town. Just look like a large laygate

Im starting to think Mr Monkey has bottled it…Perhaps the banana eater is really Ian Malcolm and started all this because of the guilt he had to try and sleep through everynight, and this was a way of making himself feel a bit better. Or perhaps not……well hopefully well find something out very soon.
Well the time is now 23:47 and god I hope Mr monkey is going to say something before 12 because I could have been to bed hours ago. Ill be well pissed off if hes sitting watching Big brother live on E4 and has forgot that he promised us that he was going to give an announcment on Nov 1st. Come on dont let us down now…..please
